BidCraft Billing Policy

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to their checkout and billing flow in addition to BidCraft’s own policies.

Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing provider before the next renewal date. If you cancel, your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in checkout terms.

Refunds

Because BidCraft is low-cost software delivered immediately, refunds are generally not guaranteed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or your paid access was not activated, contact support@bidcraft.me and we will review the case.

Free Plan

Free access includes a limited number of proposal drafts. Free-plan limits may change as the product evolves.

Abuse Prevention

We may restrict or suspend accounts engaged in abusive usage, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, or other behavior that threatens the service.
