BidCraft Terms of Service

Use of the Service

BidCraft provides AI-assisted drafting tools to help freelancers prepare proposal drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any final proposal content. BidCraft does not guarantee job wins, client responses, or earnings.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for complying with Upwork policies, client requirements, intellectual property rules, and any laws that apply to your use of the service. You must not use BidCraft for spam, fraud, impersonation, abusive automation, or unlawful conduct.

Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@bidcraft.me.

Subscriptions and Credits

BidCraft may offer free credits, paid plans, and promotional access. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time. Paid billing is handled through Lemon Squeezy.

Service Availability

BidCraft is provided on an as-is basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including during beta periods, maintenance, abuse prevention, or provider outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidCraft is not liable for lost revenue, lost opportunities, client disputes, platform enforcement actions, indirect damages, or reliance on AI-generated output.
